    Returns & Refunds

    You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery (60 days with Delivery Protection), excluding Made-to-Order and Special-Order items.

    Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, including original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent).

    Important Notes:

    • Made to Order products (Air Dry range) and Special Order products are not returnable

    • Contact us for a return request before sending anything back

    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    Please contact us at Sales@willet.com.au with your order name and number if:

    • You’ve received a faulty item

    • Your order is incorrect

    We’ll get in touch promptly to arrange a resolution.
