Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery, excluding Special-Order items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In re-saleable condition
- In their original packaging, with no carton damage
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent).
Important:
- Products that have been opened, used, or installed cannot be returned
- Please contact us to request a return before sending any products back
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty item or your order is incorrect, contact us at sales@urbaniteliving.com.au with your order name and number.
We'll get in touch promptly to arrange a resolution.
