We're genuinely proud of the quality we put out, so if something doesn't seem right, we've got you covered with our industry-leading warranties. 5 years on parcel boxes and 10 years on clotheslines. That means you can get on with enjoying your Urbanite and Eco products for years to come, and we'll be right here if you ever need us.
What's covered: faults or defects in the materials or workmanship on the product. If we got it wrong, we'll make it right.
What's not covered: accidental damage, knocks and collisions, misuse, incorrect installation, extreme weather, and everyday wear and tear. Any changes, alterations or modifications to the product will also void the warranty.
One quick favour: please give your order a once-over as soon as it arrives. If you spot any transit damage or faults, lodge a warranty claim within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll sort it out for you.
