Product Details

The Urbanite Living Ibis Parcel Letterbox in charcoal is a slimline pillar parcel letterbox (also known as a freestanding letterbox) with separate letter and parcel sections, keeping every delivery secure at your front boundary.

At just 28cm wide, the Ibis has a tall, narrow profile that suits driveways, narrow paths and townhouse entries where space is limited. The charcoal powder-coated finish gives it a modern, understated look that pairs well with dark trims, Colorbond fencing and contemporary Australian homes. It is weather-resistant for Australian conditions, arrives fully assembled and ready to install, and is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Dimensions: 100cm high x 28cm wide x 34cm front to back.

Product FAQ

What Is The Ibis Parcel Letterbox?

The Ibis is a slimline freestanding letterbox from Urbanite Living, with separate slots for letters and parcels. Its narrow pillar design suits driveways, narrow paths and townhouse entries. Parcels drop through an anti-theft parcel chute, so they stay secure until you collect them.
Does The Ibis Have Seperate Parcel & Letter Slots?

Yes. The Ibis has a letter slot and a separate parcel slot. Your mail and your deliveries go into their own sections of the letter box.
How Do I Get My Mail Out Of The Ibis Letter Box?

Letters and parcels are collected through a lockable rear door. Two keys are supplied with the Ibis mailbox.
How Do I Install A Mailbox Like The Ibis?

The Ibis arrives fully assembled. It is fixed to a concrete slab with 4 Ancore bolts, and 4 bolt covers give it a neat finish. The step-by-step Ibis installation guide includes the tools you need and template measurements.
Is The Ibis A Freestanding Mailbox?

Yes. The Ibis is a one-piece freestanding mailbox that sits on its own, so it doesn’t need a fence or wall. It bolts straight down to a concrete slab.
How Do Couriers Access The Parcel Drop Box Of The Ibis?

Couriers can drop parcels through the anti-theft parcel chute without a key or code. Once a parcel is inside, it can’t be reached back out through the chute.
What Size Is The Ibis Parcel Mailbox?

The Ibis measures 100cm high x 28cm wide x 34cm deep. At just 28cm wide, it fits narrow spaces where a wider parcel letterbox won’t.
Is The Ibis Parcel Mailbox Weather-Resistant?

Yes. The Ibis is made from powder-coated steel, built to take harsh Australian conditions, and comes with our premium 5-year warranty.
What Is The Colour Range For The Ibis Mailbox?

The Ibis Letterbox box comes in three colours:-
White
Charcoal
Black
