The Urbanite Living Osprey Parcel Letterbox in black with a merbau wood-look steel front is a freestanding parcel letterbox (also known as a pillar letterbox) with separate letter and parcel sections and an anti-theft parcel chute, keeping every delivery secure at your front boundary.

Access is through a combination-locked front door or a key-locked rear door. At 38.5cm front to back, the Osprey is one of the roomiest letterboxes in the Urbanite Living range, with plenty of space for everyday online orders alongside your regular mail. This finish pairs a black powder-coated body with a dark wood-look steel front for a rich, warm contrast that suits dark façades and homes with timber detailing. It is weather-resistant for Australian conditions, arrives fully assembled and ready to install, and is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday, straight to your door. As we work with trusted couriers, no signature is required, so your products arrive quickly and in the same condition they left us.

Orders received before 11 am are shipped the same business day. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days to capital cities and the majority of regional areas in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. If you're outside these areas, our Shipping page lists estimated delivery times for these areas.

Why Does The Osprey Mailbox Have A Combination Lock Front Door?

The combination-locked front door is there for odd-shaped or fragile deliveries, such as poster boxes, that won’t fit through the anti-theft parcel chute. You can give your courier the combination so they can open the front door, place the item safely inside and lock it again. Everyday parcels still go through the chute, and you collect everything from the key-locked rear door.
